Help run the Iron Range's indoor playground.

Play Iron Range is a nonprofit, and the people on the floor are what make it a place families want to come back to. If you like kids, like people, and can keep a cool head on a busy Saturday, we would like to hear from you.

What floor staff do

No two shifts are the same, but most of them look like this.

Watch the floor

Monitor the play areas and the kids in them, spot trouble early, and keep play safe and friendly.

Take care of guests

Answer questions, welcome new families, and calmly sort out the occasional problem.

Keep it stocked and clean

Restock restrooms and supplies, and keep the space ready for the next family through the door.

Run the front desk

Sell day passes and memberships, and activate key fobs for new members.

What we are looking for

16 or older. Students, parents, and retirees are all welcome.
Good with kids and adults. Patience matters more than experience.
A background check. Everyone who works with kids here has one.
A few hours a week. Weekday, evening, or weekend shifts. We will train you.
